Who is responsible for product usage?
A: The customer is fully responsible for correct usage and dosing.
A: Misuse or negligence voids any claims.
Do you guarantee live fish or shrimp?
A: No. All livestock is sold voetstoots (as is) without guarantees.
A: Survival depends on your tank conditions and care.
When does responsibility for livestock transfer?
A: Risk transfers once livestock leaves our premises or is shipped.
A: We are not liable after collection or dispatch.
Can I get a refund on livestock?
A: No refunds or replacements on livestock unless agreed in writing.
A: This includes deaths after collection or delivery.
When is my order confirmed?
A: Only once full payment has been received and cleared.
A: We may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.
Can pricing change after I order?

Sale of Used Goods (Voetstoots)
- Any used or second-hand items sold by the Company are sold “voetstoots” (as is).
- All items are sold in good faith and are tested to be in working order at the time of sale.
- Clients are welcome to inspect and test items on our premises prior to purchase to satisfy themselves of the condition and functionality.
- No guarantees, warranties, or after-sale support are provided unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- By purchasing such items, the Client accepts the condition of the goods as inspected or presented at the time of sale.
What am I responsible for as a customer?

A: Ensuring correct product use and safe handling.
Are specials guaranteed?
A: No. Promotions are limited and subject to availability.
A: We may change or end them at any time.
Can I misuse the website?
