What governs my use of your services?
By using any service or purchasing from any Cosmic Realms Group brand, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update terms at any time.
Which businesses are covered by these terms?
These terms apply to all Cosmic Realms Group entities including Tropic Fins, Cosmic Treasures, Snap Motion, Graphic Forge, Serene Beauty Salon, Tech Realms, and any future subsidiaries.
Are all services guaranteed?
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or cancel services where necessary without liability.
When is payment required?
Full or partial payment may be required upfront depending on the service. Work will not commence until payment terms are met.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only provided where services have not been rendered or where required by law. No refunds are provided for completed services or digital deliverables.
Can I cancel a booking or order?
Cancellations must be requested in advance. Deposits are generally non-refundable. Late cancellations may incur charges.
Who owns the final design or digital work?
Ownership transfers only upon full payment. We retain the right to use non-confidential work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
How are photos delivered?
Photos are delivered digitally via download link unless otherwise agreed. Links may expire after a set period.
What happens if I have a reaction or dissatisfaction?
Clients are responsible for informing us of allergies or sensitivities beforehand. We are not liable for reactions where full disclosure was not provided.
Who is responsible for company-issued equipment?
Any equipment issued remains company property. Clients or users are fully liable for loss, theft, or damage unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Are you liable for damages or losses?
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
What is my responsibility as a client?
You are responsible for providing accurate information, following instructions, and ensuring correct use of all products and services.
Who owns the content and designs?
All intellectual property remains owned by Cosmic Realms Group until full payment is received. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
Are you responsible for third-party services or failures?
We are not responsible for delays, failures, or issues caused by third-party providers, platforms, or suppliers.
Can you refuse service?
Yes. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion to protect business integrity and safety.
What happens in unforeseen events?
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver services due to events beyond our control, including load shedding, disasters, or system failures.
What legal protections apply?
All services and products are used at the client’s own risk. Cosmic Realms Group and its subsidiaries shall not be held liable for misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.
Can these terms change?
Yes. Terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
Sale of Used Goods (Voetstoots)
- Any used or second-hand items sold by the Company are sold “voetstoots” (as is).
- All items are sold in good faith and are tested to be in working order at the time of sale.
- Clients are welcome to inspect and test items on our premises prior to purchase to satisfy themselves of the condition and functionality.
- No guarantees, warranties, or after-sale support are provided unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- By purchasing such items, the Client accepts the condition of the goods as inspected or presented at the time of sale.
