Answer: You’ll have two options:

  • Online transfer: We provide a secure gallery link where you can view, download, and share your images instantly with family and friends, wherever they are. This is hosted mainly through our in-house server.

  • USB collection: Receive a beautifully packaged USB drive, which you can collect from us — a tangible keepsake to treasure your memories for years to come.

Question: What types of photography services do you offer?
Answer: We offer a variety of services including weddings, couple shoots, maternity shoots, Mehndi/Henna nights, product photography, parties, and corporate events.

Question: How do I book a session?
Answer: Booking is simple! Contact us via email, phone, or our website. Once your date is confirmed, we’ll send a contract and invoice to secure your session. We do prefer communication via WhatsApp.

Question: How far in advance should I book?
Answer: We recommend as early as possible to ensure your Dates are secured.

Question: What is included in your packages?
Answer: Packages include allocated coverage hours, professional photography, basic colour editing, and delivery of final images via secure online gallery or USB.

Question: Can I customise my package?
Answer: Absolutely! Packages can be tailored to suit your event, style, or any special requests you may have.

Question: How long does it take to receive my photos?
Answer: Final images are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks after your session or event, depending on package and workload.

Question: Can I request specific shots?
Answer: Definitely! We love incorporating your ideas and will work with you to capture all the special moments you want.

Question: Do you provide prints or albums?
Answer: Yes! We offer high-quality prints, canvases, and customised albums to preserve your memories.

Question: What happens if the event runs longer than expected?
Answer: Sometimes this is unavoidable. Booking an extra hour ensures your entire event is fully covered without missing any moments.

Question: Do you give refunds if extra time booked isn’t used?
Answer: Unfortunately not. When you book us, that time is reserved solely for your event, and we cannot take other bookings in that slot.

Question: How do you handle cancellations?

Answer: Yes! We cover events nationwide, though travel fees may apply depending on distance.

Question: Do you require a deposit to secure my booking?
Answer: Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is typically due before the day of the event.

Answer: Absolutely! We guide you through natural, flattering poses so you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

Question: What kind of equipment do you use?
Answer: We use professional-grade cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment to ensure high-quality, crisp, and vibrant images.

Question: Do you shoot indoors and outdoors?

Question: How many photos will we receive?
Answer: The number of images depends on your package and the event, but we aim to provide a comprehensive collection covering all key moments.

Question: Can we share our photos on social media?
