How do I secure and confirm my booking?

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Full payment must be made before the shoot/event start date, failing which services may be cancelled without refund.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations, no-shows, or failure to proceed will result in loss of all payments made.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Approval is at our sole discretion.

No. While we aim to capture all key moments, we do not guarantee specific shots, people, or outcomes due to the live nature of events.

We are not responsible for missed moments occurring outside agreed coverage hours. Overtime is chargeable and subject to availability.

Restrictions (including Nikah proceedings, gender separation, or venue rules) may limit access or positioning. We are not liable for missed coverage due to such limitations.

Clients must assign a coordinator. We are not responsible for missing individuals or delays caused by guests.

No. We are not liable for poor lighting, weather conditions, space limitations, or venue restrictions affecting results.

Guest interference (e.g. phones, blocking views) may impact results. We are not responsible for compromised coverage.

All editing and final image selection are at our full creative discretion in line with our brand style.

Minor edits may be considered at additional cost. RAW/unedited files are not provided under any circumstances.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Delays do not qualify for refunds or claims.

Yes, by using our services you are agreeing to allow us to use all images for marketing. unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You will be responsible for full replacement value of the item. No work will be delivered until full amounts owed is paid in full.

Liability is strictly limited to a refund of amounts paid. No further claims, including indirect or emotional damages, will be accepted.

No. We are not liable for missed moments, subjective dissatisfaction, or outcomes influenced by uncontrollable factors.

Clients are responsible for backing up files. We are not obligated to store or recover images once delivered.

Clients must ensure punctuality, cooperation, permissions, and suitable conditions for photography.

Yes. Any payment made confirms full acceptance of these terms. We reserve the right to refuse service if terms are not met.

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control. Services may be adjusted, delayed, or rescheduled at our discretion.

Coverage is limited to booked hours. Delays, schedule changes, or travel between locations may result in additional costs and are not grounds for refunds.

Who is responsible for claims made by third parties?

Do you guarantee specific results or quality?

By booking, the client confirms that all attendees consent to photography and the use of images for portfolio and marketing purposes.

We reserve the right to stop or refuse services without refund if conditions are unsafe, abusive, or unsuitable.

Any form of abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Yes, however we not be  responsible for compromised coverage due to interference from other service providers or guests.

Once we provide you with a link, it will be Valid for 30 Days, Clients are to download all work within this time frame. Failure to download the files within 30 days may result in additional Costs to resupply links. We may keep backups at our discretion but are not obligated to store files. Clients are responsible for securing their files after delivery.

While we try to get there atleast 1 hour before the Event, We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control, but will make reasonable efforts to meet obligations.

This agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be handled in the applicable local courts.

  • Any used or second-hand items sold by the Company are sold “voetstoots” (as is).
  • All items are sold in good faith and are tested to be in working order at the time of sale.
  • Clients are welcome to inspect and test items on our premises prior to purchase to satisfy themselves of the condition and functionality.
  • No guarantees, warranties, or after-sale support are provided unless explicitly agreed in writing.
  • By purchasing such items, the Client accepts the condition of the goods as inspected or presented at the time of sale.

Any additional work or services requested outside the original agreement will be quoted separately and only undertaken once approved.

All services are provided at the client’s own risk. We are not responsible for any misuse of our services or delivered content and shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from circumstances beyond our control.
