By placing an order with us, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to all gifting items, including customised and non-customised products.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Product Nature & Customisation
All customised items are created based on customer-provided designs, images, and instructions.
While we strive for accuracy:
- Final products may vary slightly from digital previews
- Colours and brightness may differ due to screen and print variations
- Placement and scaling may not be exact
These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.
Print & Size Tolerance

Laser-cut items may also have a very small cut offset at the edges or finishing points, which is a normal result of the manufacturing process and not considered a defect.

Third-Party Suppliers & Services
We may utilise third-party suppliers, couriers, or service providers where necessary.
While we aim to work with reliable partners:
- We are not liable for delays, damages, or errors caused by third parties
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control
Print Accuracy & Size Tolerance
All turnaround times are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Equipment or production issues
- Supplier delays
- Courier delays
We cannot guarantee completion dates and are not liable for any losses due to delays.
Payments & Order Processing
- Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing
- No work will commence without confirmed payment
- Orders are only confirmed once payment reflects in our account
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Due to the personalised nature of gifting items:
- No refunds or returns on customised or made-to-order items
- Non-custom items may be returned only if unused and in original condition, at the buyer’s cost
- No refunds will be issued for delays caused by third parties
If an order is cancelled after production has started, no refund will be issued

Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing correct images, spelling, and instructions
- Ensuring image quality is suitable for printing
- Reviewing and approving any proofs (if provided)
We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Product Use & Care
All products must be used as intended.
We are not liable for:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or incorrect care
- Wear and tear over time
- Damage caused after delivery or collection
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We shall not be held liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of income, business, or opportunity
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations
Collection & Delivery
- Risk transfers to the customer upon collection or delivery
- Customers must inspect items upon receipt
- Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt
Failure to report within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the order.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse any order at our discretion
- Decline content that is offensive, illegal, or inappropriate

Intellectual Property
Customers confirm they have the right to use any images or designs submitted.
We are not liable for any copyright or trademark infringements.
Disclaimer
All products and services are provided in good faith.
We shall not be held liable for any misuse, improper application, or unintended use of any product supplied.
Use of all items is at the customer’s own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled within the applicable legal jurisdiction.
Event Disclaimer:
We are not responsible for missed deadlines relating to events (e.g. birthdays, weddings, corporate functions) due to delays outside of our control. Customers are advised to place orders well in advance.
